Picnic Panda Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Picnic Panda is a mobile puzzle game published by APLICATII ANDROID PLUS SRL under the ThemeJunky brand. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use the app and how that information is used.

Information we collect

Picnic Panda does not require an account and does not ask you to enter personal details. The app may collect device, app, gameplay, advertising, diagnostics, and usage information through the services listed below.

Third-party services

Depending on the app store and build installed on your device, the app uses Google or Huawei services. The initial iOS release uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform; Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are disabled in that build. Other Google-platform builds may use Firebase services. Huawei builds may use Petal Ads and Huawei In-App Purchases. These services may process device identifiers, app events, crash or diagnostic information, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising identifiers where available, consent choices, ad interaction data, and purchase status.

Google explains how it uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Huawei explains how its services process information in the Huawei Consumer Privacy Statement. Payments made in the AppGallery version are processed by Huawei. Picnic Panda receives the purchase result and product identifier needed to grant Panda Coins, but does not receive or store your payment card details.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the game, save and improve gameplay quality, measure app performance, diagnose crashes, show ads, prevent abuse, and comply with legal and platform requirements.

Ad consent and choices

Where required, the app or the advertising service requests consent before using data for personalized ads. You can change available advertising and privacy choices from the Info panel in the app or device settings. The initial iOS release does not display Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and therefore does not obtain permission to access IDFA. Google AdMob may still process other app- or developer-bounded device identifiers for advertising and analytics, and Apple may classify some of that use as tracking. Rewarded ads are optional; the stated in-game reward is granted only after a completed ad.

Children

Picnic Panda is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the request.

Data retention

Locally saved game progress remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Analytics, advertising, and crash information is retained by the third-party services according to their own retention policies.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal information. Picnic Panda has no user accounts and its game progress is stored locally, so you can remove local game data by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app. For a privacy request, contact us at the address below and identify Picnic Panda and the store from which you installed it. We may direct you to the relevant service provider when the requested data is controlled by Google or Huawei.
